One month ago I started taking Skinny Fiber and I am so happy I did. It has helped me feel better, sleep better, strengthened my nails, lose weight and lots of inches, decreased my appetite & cravings and increased my metabolism. Many people ask me what have I done to lose weight: very little exercise, I try to make healthier food choices, drink 3-4 liters of water daily and I take my skinny fiber twice a day, everyday! I have lost 12 lbs and a total of 29 inches overall. My only regret is I didn't start sooner. I love my Skinny fiber.
